We are Sterling Ledger
Sterling Ledger started at the beginning of the Great Recession in 2009 due to Tim being a casualty of corporate downsizing.
Tim has over 20 years of accounting experience with large publicly owned companies. That experience includes budgeting, forecasting, general ledger, payroll, and information technology.
Sherry worked for another large publicly owned company as their payroll coordinator for 25 years. In 2015, she resigned from her position and came to work with Tim at Sterling Ledger.
They both enjoy working with small business owners to help get employees paid in a timely and hassle-free manner. In their free time, they enjoy gardening, camping, riding their bikes together, and doing other house projects.

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal and reward. We’ll handle your payroll efficiently and professionally. If we are unable to meet our commitments to you, you will receive a complete refund of our fees for that pay period.
On-Time Payroll Conversion
Don’t stress getting your payroll moved over to Sterling Ledger. We’ll take care of it and keep you informed throughout the process. If we fail to meet our agreed-upon timeframe for your payroll conversion, you will receive a credit for the fees for the first pay period.
Complete Accuracy
Payroll is only done well when it’s done accurately. We will deliver 100% accurate payroll service (based on the information we receive from you) or we will credit that pay period’s processing fees back to your account.
No Tax Penalties
We’ll handle your payroll tax deposits and tax filings for you. That’s one less hassle for you! Should a mistake be made on our part that causes you to incur a payroll tax penalty, we’ll pay it. Note: This applies as long as we receive on-time and accurate information from you, and your account with us is in good standing.
One Hour Callback
Your business matters to us, and we prove it with our responsive communication. If you need us on your processing due date and don’t reach us when you call, we’ll call you back within one hour, or your fees for that period will be credited back to your account.
3 Year Rate-Lock
As a new customer, your starting rates are guaranteed not to increase for the first three years. We want you to know and experience the value of good service and good pricing without the concern of price-creep after the initial six or ten months.
